I’m Imogen, the founder of Studio on the Lane. Before moving into interiors, I spent over 15 years working as a photographer, creating both editorial and personal projects with a focus on light, composition and visual storytelling. That experience continues to shape the way that I see interiors through colour, materiality, atmosphere and the small details that make a space feel lived in.

Growing up with an architect father, I was surrounded by conversations about space, proportion and how homes could be shaped to suit the people living in them. Alongside a creative family, it gave me an early appreciation for design that has stayed with me ever since.

Studio on the Lane brings those two parts of my life together. I love helping people create homes that are both beautiful and deeply personal, spaces that feel considered comfortable and designed to evolve over time.
