Kate Winter (b.1977) is an Artist and Children’s book illustrator based in Cambridge. She studied Fine art under Phyllida Barlow at the Slade School of Art. She spent 15 years directing stop frame animation under the pseudonym DuckEye before completing an MA in children’s book illustration. She is now an award-winning author and illustrator published by Penguin random house and is the course director for BA illustration at Cambridge School of Art
